What will you do?
While working and learning alongside our experienced technical professionals, Summer Analysts are given responsibility over a key project delivery advancing our Capital Markets technology strategy. RBC Capital Markets Technology department promotes and innovative and collaborative work environment for Summer Analysts. Analysts will work in a project team setting with the guidance and support from RBC Capital Markets’ lead architects and technologists to design, develop, and implement in-demand tools and services. Summer Analysts will also have dedicated sessions with business-aligned technology leads to develop their understanding of Technology’s role in supporting RBC’s clients through our trading activities, and providing exposure to the products and services offered by our Investment Bank. Additionally, the program includes planned events to network and get to know your colleagues across the Capital Markets space, outside of the workplace.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $95,000 - $105,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
