We are looking for a full-time talented and enthusiastic Junior Trading professional to join our dynamic trading and Investment Management team. WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Help the trading desk with daily operations
Execute and optimize portfolio trades
Build new automation tools and improve existing procedures for risk management, PNL and control
Assist the team with development of new strategies
Help optimize capital usage, streamline operations and drive process improvements
Analyze practical issues relating to the implementation of trading strategies such as liquidity constraints and transaction costs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Deep knowledge of Python, with experience using it in a front office financial role (strongly desirable)
STEM background, with some focus in science, math or engineering
Training in statistics and probability
Quantitative nature and approach to problem solving
Must be able to work independently
Good understanding of finance and trading concepts
Excellent people skills and must be able to handle pressure
Familiarity with the crypto trading industry (desirable)
