The Business Analyst will be based in our London office and will be involved in scope definition, estimation, requirements gathering, solution development, functional design, QA & UAT testing, and end-user training on assigned projects and small change. These projects may touch on any area of International Insurance but will primarily cover Underwriting, Claims and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, be self-starting and independent in the delivery of assigned tasks and small projects. The candidate needs to be able to bridge the gap between the business, IT and our key vendors in a rapidly changing environment.

Team player possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of operating in a geographically dispersed project environment included outsourced services/offshore development/QA teams.
Good documentation capabilities with high attention to detail
Able to facilitate meetings and workshops
Good interpersonal skills (proactive behaviour, consulting attitude, integrative personality, etc.)
Good organisational skills including ability to self-start own task assignments and to independently lead small projects.
Strong detail-orientation
Ability of working in a dynamic, flexible environment.
