Business Analyst
Key Role:
Provide business advisory services and technical expertise on complex
Information Technology (IT) Portfolio, Program, and Project Management related
consulting initiatives. Apply specific functional knowledge, working and
general industry knowledge to client business challenges. Contribute solutions
to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently
with some guidance from more senior employees. Review or guide activities of
junior employees. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the
U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in federal IT consulting, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
Experience with client services and interacting with all levels of management
Experience with IT portfolio, program, and project management
Experience working with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Ability to gather, understand, and communicate client business requirements and translate into potential solutions
Ability to gather, analyze, and present complex data effectively
Ability to interact successfully with executives, and facilitate large scale meetings, with hands-on government clients, including senior staff
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with large scale project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and digital transformation projects
Experience working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requests
Ability to independently author and present client briefings
Possession of excellent problem-solving client relationship, facilitation, and management skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Project Management or Agile Certification

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $56,200 - $117,400 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $59,800 - $143,600 (annualized USD)
