Join the Gopuff Kitchen team as a Business Analyst where you will help build and expand a new, fast-growing vertical within Gopuff. Your primary role will be to assist with strategic projects that grow order volume and increase profitability. You will report to the Strategy Manager on the Gopuff Kitchen team and work cross-functionally with all members of the Gopuff Kitchen team, as well as with other teams across Gopuff, including finance, marketing, 3P, operations, merchandising and business development.

Responsibilities:
Assist in establishing and managing business metrics and dashboards
Work adeptly with large datasets, producing high fidelity analyses and trackers to drive process or business improvements
Produce and analyze ad hoc data queries and reports, and support data-driven decision making
Assist with forecasting orders, sales and costs
Support strategic initiatives, including new product launches, development of new locations, and marketing campaigns
Be a strong operator and team player, willing and interested in developing skills across different project areas (operations, marketing, strategic thinking, project management and data analysis)
Excel in an environment with frequently changing goals and perform additional responsibilities necessary for the business
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant technical experience
Solid analytical skills. Some proficiency with analytical tools (e.g. Looker, SQL)
Ability to think critically, objectively, rationally. Reason and communicate in a result-oriented, data-driven manner. High autonomy
Interest in process improvement and thinking creatively about problems and their potential solutions
Detail oriented with strong prioritization and project management skills
Effective communication skills
