Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality secretariat is provided to support governance meetings across International Operations and the Global Cyber and Technology (GCT) division. This includes managing the governance calendar, agenda preparation, preparation of committee packs via the consolidation of various contributions, minute taking, action follow up and overseeing the Sharepoint document management site in respect of governance materials.
  • Ad hoc tasks that may be tailored to the skills, experience and interests of the successful candidate. This may include for example report writing, data analysis, assisting with first line of defence reviews and the designing / creating of reporting templates.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of insurance industry practices.
  • Knowledge of the London/Lloyd’s market.
