In this role, you will be actively involved in supporting the business operations of the Consulting Organization, through supporting, reviewing, and executing the business process strategy and operations to ensure goals and objectives are met. Working with members of the Consulting Organization the Business Operations Analyst will ensure that project data is accurate and efficiently available to the Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our Consulting operations and processes and Autodesk’s future success.

Responsibilities

  • Support project execution through efficient review and management of data in our Professional Automation & CRM systems
  • Drive adoption of business process standards and tools and continuously solicit feedback for improvement
  • Work with stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes
  • Suggest improvements to procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations and supporting systems
  • Contribute to project strategy, design, development, and successful implementation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Upland, etc.)

  • 1-3 Years previous experience in a Project Administrative or Operations Analyst role preferably in Customer Success

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to communicate the appropriate level of detail, depending on audience

  • Ability to initiate and nurture relationship at all levels

  • Able to travel as required (less than 20%)

  • Language: English - must have excellent verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 Year degree or equivalent
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
  • Experience deploying technology or services with large enterprise and the desire for continuous learning and growth
  • You are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
  • Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
