About the Position

Our development program is geared for college graduates who want to work alongside our talented software engineers creating impactful solutions to further the firm’s market initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and supporting trading applications and tools. You will be given immediate responsibilities which will significantly contribute to the firm’s daily activities. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about creative programming and the tools needed to support electronic trading. Required Skills

  • An undergraduate or an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or one of the hard sciences
  • Passion for UX and front-end development
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, React and SQL
  • Understanding of systems programming, data structures, and algorithms
  • Familiarity working in a Linux environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
