Analyze business needs and translate these requirements into analytical projects and lead complex projects through completion and serve as analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives; acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify quality, accuracy and reasonableness; perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods and validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts; prepare and deliver expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement; develop recurring analytic or reporting processes; engage in data analytics along with stakeholder communication, web page measurement tagging; utilize web analytics key performance indicator design and dashboard development for key metrics; engage in business reporting.

Requirements:

Requires Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or as Data Engineer; or Bachelor’s degree in one of the same fields and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated ability to perform data analysis using multiple data sets with Python, SQL, and other statistical coding packages; knowledge and deep understanding of data and principles of data visualization including Tableau with specific ability to model web, demographic, and survey data designed to inform business and help make decisions; demonstrated ability to define data measurement strategy and ensure quality of data capture within the Adobe Analytics Workspace as well as knowledge of visualization tools within the platform; demonstrated ability to read/write complex queries to source data; demonstrated knowledge of data storage principles in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ability to define efficient data tables for future reference and use.

Future of Work

During the pandemic, we transitioned to a work from home model for the majority of our crew and we continue to interview, hire, and on-board future crew remotely.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
