Summary:

The SEO team’s mission is to capture job seeker intent on search engines and provide a high quality first impression of ZipRecruiter.
This is a cross functional team (Backend, Full stack, ML, Product) working on data-rich products.
We are looking for someone who is smart, scrapy and fun to work with to come join us as our first data analyst.

Key Focuses:

• This role will be about leading our analytics-related efforts and answering business questions while thinking of the right questions to ask.
• Conduct research to find new growth opportunities
• Help define and analyze A/B tests
• Work closely with R&D and product to define new data collection processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Exact Science/Economics/Engineering degree
• Statistics knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of SQL
• Great communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Friendly and a Team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an analyst
• Experience in digital marketing
• Basic coding/scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with BI systems
