The Derivatives Onboarding Senior Analyst role within the Client Integration platform is responsible for coordination of counterparty trading documentation and onboarding for complex requests. They prioritize and complete their pipeline of onboardings, driving our team’s agenda with the dealers while managing our counterparty relationships, and acting as a knowledgeable resource regarding the status of each request.
In addition to being responsible for a rolling book of requests, the Senior Analyst is expected impact on the team and key stakeholders' groups by supporting management in strategic delivery. Additional responsibilities include transformation work through technology solutions, vendor tools and relationship management. Supporting the team and firm by providing education and cross training related to Derivatives Onboarding are also core role attributes. Being team lead for targeted sell-side counterparty relationships is also a primary responsibility.
Responsibilities
Manage onboardings with counterparties to deadlines provided; are escalation point of contact for other analysts
Amend trading agreements (ISDA, MSFTA, MRA, Futures, Swaps Clearing, etc.) to maintain account exhibits
Maintain milestone updates on open requests for transparency and metrics reporting & complete core tasks such as completion of regulatory adherences on behalf of clients
Coordinate documentation and communication between clients, the firm, and counterparties
Act as a control to ensure required information has been provided by clients to facilitate Investment Director’s instrument toolkit
Maintain records across systems (Salesforce, HighGear, S&P Global platforms, etc.)
Lead analysis exercises (client optimization, broker/instrument utilization) in partnership with Trade Coordination and Counterparty Risk groups
Partner with stakeholders to scale business and identify areas of opportunity or education
Work with vendors on capability enhancements and issues to drive transformation
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry and regulatory developments, changes with respect to counterparties and derivative reforms, and analyzing the impacts they will have on Wellington and trading documentation
Nurture our sell-side counterparty relationships to maximize partnership
Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is:
USD 90,000 - 180,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
