Overview
As part of the Deutsche Bank USA Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), the Bank must conduct company-run 9 quarter stress testing considering the current condition of the company, including its risks, exposures, strategies, and activities using scenarios provided by the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and its own internally defined scenarios. Stress Tests use internally built models that undergo annual monitoring and redevelopment (as needed). As part of the Annual CCAR submission, a Capital Plan is written and delivered to the FRB in addition to the CCAR predefined schedules and is assessed and commented on by the FRB. Those comments define the additional items that the Bank is expected to focus on and remediate for the next annual cycle as needed. The role is responsible for assisting in the Central Coordination and Execution of the CCAR Production Cycles.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between CCAR Central, Regional & Business Finance, Front Office, Treasury and Technology to deliver the product / entity view CCAR projections; work with Modeling Team and the Front Office to redevelop models and help validate data for ongoing model monitoring
Review financial and nonfinancial model inputs for quarterly stress testing, execute models and analyze projection results, and provide small and medium enterprise (SME) assistance in model development
Prepare presentation decks on results by Business and present to Senior Business Management. Manage and deliver Book of Work items as well as manage Team Members
Identify/understand the variances between International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financials and how they are reported within the CCAR schedules; review and document procedures related to the CCAR submission (KOPs, Run Book, etc.)
Review/provide input on specific sections of the Capital Plan. Remediate/close out Audit Findings and internally identified issues and lesson learned
Participate in user acceptance testing to identify and highlight possible system issues. Support the continued development and analysis of stress test results provided to the Regional Finance team
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or Accounting or similar
Moderate experience
Strong product knowledge across Investment Banking (IB) Businesses and associated products; understanding of reconciliations and variance analysis
Short- and long-term project management and delivery
Background in accounting of financial instruments and financial statement representation; CCAR experience is a plus but not required
