The Fund Asset Allocation & Analysis team plays an integral role in activities across the Firm’s hedge fund, private equity, and venture capital businesses in partnership with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations. The team’s responsibilities include capital planning and asset allocation, income allocation and calculation of the management and incentive fees, preparing financial models for strategic initiatives, firmwide due diligence under FATCA/CRS regimes, and preparing and disseminating monthly and annual reports.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in managing banking relationship and maintain wire instructions templates
  • Prepare wires
  • Reconcile cash balances
  • Assist in monitoring loan compliance and prepare periodic certifications
  • Prepare monthly loan rebalance schedules
  • Prepare financial data for business partners, counterparties, and investors
  • Assist in the monthly close process for various multi-strategy funds
  • Assist with annual financial audit and SOC 1 audit
  • Assist with maintenance of the team’s policies and procedures
  • Work on technical and special projects

What’s required

  • 0-2 years accounting / financial services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  • Strong MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
