**About the role: **

We are seeking a talented Graduate DeFi Developer to join our innovative team and help shape the future of decentralized finance. In this role, you will contribute to building cutting-edge risk management, position monitoring, and trade execution systems within our comprehensive DeFi technology stack.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain risk management systems for DeFi protocols
Build robust position monitoring tools and dashboards
Implement automated trade execution systems with high reliability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable DeFi solutions
Contribute to code reviews and maintain high development standards
Stay current with emerging DeFi protocols and blockchain technologies

Required Skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Strong programming proficiency in Python
Demonstrated passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance
Understanding of fundamental software engineering principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

**Preferred Qualifications: **

Experience with Java or Rust programming languages
Knowledge of DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound, etc.)
Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks
Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of database systems and API development
