Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a Junior Analyst to join our Investor Relations team. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the various functions within the firm’s Investor Relations team, including sales, marketing, client service, and operational efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop firm, product, and industry knowledge to support cross-functional areas of the Investor Relations team, including sales, marketing, client service, and operational efforts.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Investor Relations team, assisting in the preparation of analyses for clients and prospects related to our offerings, which include customized portfolio solutions, company assets, and product performance and risk characteristics.
  • Assist in preparing analytics, presentations, client materials, RFPs, and DDQs.
  • Participate in projects to improve team functionality; identify opportunities for reporting enhancement and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on technological solutions.
  • Assist with various fund administration deliverables like investor flows reporting.
  • Update and distribute routine deliverables for client reporting such as performance and risk reporting, factsheets, pitchbooks, and other marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain product and firm data across various consultant, reporting agency, capital introductions, and due diligence databases.
  • Update and maintain data across various internal databases, including CRM updates and maintenance.
  • Utilize proprietary tools and external research for reporting, data analytics, and prospecting efforts.
  • Support marketing strategies, campaigns, material distribution, and prospecting; analyze investor data trends for growth opportunities.
  • Assist with the coordination of investor meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist with ad hoc client requests and serve as point of contact for investor inquiries and requests, including phone and email inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Team player that is thoughtful and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • (Preferred) Prior relevant experience at an investment management, asset management, or consulting firm; experience within the alternative investments industry a plus.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms, including data visualization tools, SQL, Python, PowerBI, or other analytical and productivity tools.
  • Series 3 will be required after joining.

Our current hybrid work arrangement requires that all employees commute into our office Mondays through Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Base Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
