Our Python Engineers work directly with Traders and Quantitative Researchers to deliver value quickly, taking a pragmatic approach to software engineering without cutting corners. From real-time risk monitoring and opportunity-spotting to trading strategy management, our Python systems maximize the potential of our traders and trading systems. What You Will Do

• Align requirements, implementation, and standards with global Python Engineering team members
• Work across teams to identify high-leverage opportunities to use software to improve efficiency and productivity
• Build and own systems that maximize our potential, working in tight daily collaboration with business owners

When it comes to salary, Flow Traders uses reliable market research to create base ranges. Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set.

We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base of $160,000-$200,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
