Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading has rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to worldwide financial markets and hedging opportunities to commodity producers and users. Responsibilities:

Work side by side with senior traders
Learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business
Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs
Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities
Liaise between trading group, internal company departments, and OTC relationships
Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and specific skills

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Detail oriented, organized, resilient and diligent
Strong understanding of math, probability and statistics
Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
Track record of solving complex challenges
