Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Monetization Quantitative Developer to join our team. The QD will work closely with the Portfolio Managers (PMs) on the central monetization platform to ensure seamless integration and optimization of various tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with PM teams on the central monetization platform to integrate their tech stacks, ensuring frictionless research.
  • Work closely with the PM team to establish the appropriate monetization scheme when the PM is ready to go live.
  • Serve as a point of contact with central tech teams to integrate monetization infrastructure with various BAM points of infrastructure:
    • Execution engines
    • Live market data
    • Historical data sets, including market data
    • Compute farms
  • Own the tech stacks of the tool sets provided by the central monetization team:
    • Alpha analysis tools
    • Optimization tools
    • Attribution mechanisms
  • Manage any optimizations and developments needed on the platform from a tech perspective, including but not limited to region expansion and universe expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quantitative development.

  • Strong background in monetization platforms and related technologies.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and integrate complex tech stacks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in execution engines, live market data, historical data sets, and compute farms.
  • Proficiency in alpha analysis, optimization, and attribution tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

With respect to NY and CA based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between $175000 and $225000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
