We are looking for an Options Execution Trader to help us analyze new business areas, mediate between our clients and traders for price discovery, and execute all client option trades.

The role will require fluency in option greeks, risk, and structures. A solid understanding of options pricing and the ability to use mental math will be imperative during high-paced options execution.

About You

5-10 years of experience in an execution trading or brokerage/account management role
Deep understanding of all forms of options quoting and execution
Excellent communication and people skills; enjoys working collaboratively
Able to think critically and implement ideas in a fast-changing environment
Likes to learn new things and teach others what you know
Top-notch planning and analytical skills
Attentive to detail, organized, and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement
Fluency in English required
