Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Options Quant Trader to join our growing global team. You will be part of a team to build and expand option business within the organization.
You’ll be responsible for researching, designing, and executing options strategies across multiple markets, managing risk dynamically, and contributing to the continual evolution of our trading systems and infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous crypto option experience, has an entrepreneur mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven in decision-making, and can balance autonomy with strong team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and deploy options market-making strategies across multiple exchanges.
- Architect and maintain proprietary components—pricing models, execution algorithms, and risk controls.
- Monitor market microstructure, liquidity, and volatility in real time to capture edge and manage exposures.
- Build and automate research/trading tools to improve profitability, latency, and operational efficiency.
- Run post-trade analysis, optimize execution quality, and refine parameters.
- Partner with traders, quants, engineering, risk, and operations to enhance models/tools and ensure seamless trade flow.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years in options trading (crypto preferred), with experience in both OTC and exchange trading.
- Deep understanding of options pricing, execution logic, and risk management within HFT/market-making contexts
- Strong knowledge of crypto market microstructure.
- Proven track record of profitability within a proprietary market-making environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Programming proficiency: Python, C#, and C++
- Ability to manage large, complex positions and make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; thrives in collaborative, flat-structure environments.
