As a Portfolio Analyst

you are responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team in developing and evolving the processes that drive our Digital Metamorphosis work.

You work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks.

You are caught up on industry trends in client development frameworks and also anticipate what the near future will bring.

You love clean interfaces and have a real passion for extraordinary user experience.

 Furthermore: 

You bring 2-5 years of professional work experience ·

You enjoy data analysis, are an Excel expert and have experience with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics · You communicate effectively, across verbal, written, and visual formats, with a passion for PowerPoint ·

You multi-task like a pro and can work independently, but really shine when collaborating with others ·

You can execute tactics and understand how they map to the big picture ·

You are brave, you have a client-service mindset and are focused on continuous improvement

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry. We cherish and nourish our diverse and inclusive culture and welcome you to help us further grow our community.

We are actively exploring emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Blockchain and Decentralized Finance to elevate dozens of products and services which millions of customers use.

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will:

· Work closely with both members of the Portfolio Management team and other key stakeholders to drive efficiency and transparency

· Formulate agendas, work with presenters to create inputs, create the quarterly Capital Expenditures (CapEx) presentation and coordinate additional deliverables as relates to the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process ·

Create various leadership status reports due quarterly ·

Own and maintain the Digital Services end-to-end Portfolio Roadmap ·

Support the development of performance reporting dashboards ·

Own Wealth Management Capital tracking including aggregating capital forecasts and updating with monthly actuals.

Create reporting and analysis, as required.
