Core Responsibilities

Supports the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated forecasting tools and quantitative modeling systems that support investment decision-making and trading decisions pertaining to quant investing
Develops production analytical models.
Creates and maintains financial software libraries and model process routines.
Reviews and reconciles peer code changes with statistical certainty.
Conceptualizes, codes, and builds new financial analytics based on knowledge of financial markets, securities, investment themes and new technologies.
Builds effective working relationships to anticipate the needs of analysts and/or portfolio managers.
Contributes to data architecture, analytics, and research process in support of portfolio managers and analysts.
Participates in special projects with strong desire to continually develop quantitative investing acumen

Qualifications

Two years in the Financial Services industry. Investment management experience preferred. Experience in statistical analyses and related statistical tools.
Undergraduate degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, or statistics or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
