We are looking for a Quantitative Trader with Relative Value (RV) experience to join our team. You will join a collaborative environment that integrates trading, quantitative research, and technology. We are looking for exceptional individuals with a strong passion and pursuit of excellence. The experienced RV Trader is responsible for building upon Geneva’s current trading operation using various quantitative modeling techniques. This candidate would work to expand an existing RV trading desk on one of Geneva’s largest teams.

Create and maintain relative value trading models using quantitative modeling techniques
Develop and execute trading strategies using Geneva’s proprietary low-latency platform
Manage global risk for a trading portfolio
Work with Senior Quant Traders to increase Geneva’s presence in current markets and expand into new markets

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Finance, Economics, or related field is required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role in the trading industry
Outstanding product knowledge and market insight
Strong communication skills
Demonstrable solid profitability record
Strong computer and quantitative skills
Competitive nature
