The base salary range for this role is $140,800 per year - $212,200 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Overview

As a SR. BUSINESS ANALYST IV at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), within the Data organization. This senior analyst will lead several critical initiatives focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Taxes. They will also, partner with the business teams, gather requirements and facilitate solution building to support the business initiatives for the teams as mentioned above.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Accounting, Finance, and taxes.
Work closely with business partners to fully understand the business processes and areas of improvement across the platform.
Develop the connected planning environment across the Fanatics Accounting, Finance, and Taxes.
Partner with business and Data teams on data integration and automation of Financial Reporting and data delivery.
Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in Accounting, Finance, and Taxes areas to drive business process improvements.
Identify business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting solution implementations.
Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming world.
Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, with ability to extract data from prepared sources and transform it into both ad-hoc and structured continuous insights.
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineers and stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships.
Experience managing analysts in high-growth environments, preferably B2C.
Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
Highly outcome oriented and data driven.
Experience with data languages including SQL and R or Python, and tools like Tableau, Micro-strategy, Redshift, or Snowflake
Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills.
Positive and flexible attitude, a willingness to embrace new initiatives and develop expertise in the Operations function of the business
Strong report writing skills with the ability to gather, evaluate and analyze relevant information while structuring material in a logical and coherent manner.
