Team and Opportunity

As a Business Analyst in the Business Enablement team you will play a critical role in delivering key strategic projects and regulatory change. Working as part of a project team and collaborating with the broader Business Enablement function, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand and solution for challenges.

Core Responsibilities

  • Scope, analyse, refine and deliver business and technical requirements into useable processes, stories and artifacts to enable successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

  • Assist the Business Enablement team with operational excellence and application of best practice methods.

  • Identify and build relationships with stakeholders, proactively involving them in determining business needs and solutions requirements, and engaging them to build understanding, support and change readiness.

  • Collaborate with project management to identify and mitigate project risks, call out dependencies, and support prioritisation and estimation of efforts.

  • Conduct and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


  • Five years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Future of Work

During the pandemic, we transitioned to a work from home model for the majority of our crew and we continue to interview, hire, and on-board future crew remotely.

As we have developed the path forward, we have taken a thoughtful approach that both maximizes the advantages of working remotely and the many benefits of coming together and collaborating in a shared workspace. We believe that in-person interactions among our crew are important for preserving our unique culture and advantageous for the personal development of our crew.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
