This role will be key to supporting our growth, through advocating the power of data to deliver better outcomes for brands and agencies and translating this into actionable next steps.

Role and Responsibilities
Partner with Sales in engaging our top clients and agencies to understand their needs, and advocate for how Samsung’s data can help them reach their audiences more effectively and efficiently.
Support the pre-sales process with data analysis and narratives, advising internal and internal partners on how best to leverage value from our data, and post campaign reporting and storytelling support.
Translate client and internal requirements into meaningful set of SQL queries for ad hoc analysis. The overall aim is to use data to demonstrate the value of advertising with Samsung Ads to our clients.
Explore data to identify trends and anomalies, support the development of new analytical capabilities/solutions, and find new monetization opportunities.
Simplify the deep complexity of Samsung’s data into simple narratives that convey the potential benefit and impact to clients and their agencies.
Complete insight projects about the behaviour of Samsung TV audiences in key market verticals, and work with the Sales team to translate this insight into actionable next steps for specific clients.
Be a strategic partner to commercial teams during the entire sales life cycle, providing insights for prospecting, and personalised insights for pitching — including written insights, verbal presentations, and the development of key deliverables.
Identify client needs, and share these with the business and the Analytics team so that solutions can be created based on Samsung data, client data, and third party data.
Inform revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling value-add analytical products to existing clients.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Agency or broadcast research experience strongly preferred
Proven experience in the data analytics field
Demonstrable experience with practical application of SQL
Working knowledge of a visualisation tool – Tableau, Looker, or equivalent data visualisation tool
Linear TV, streaming TV, digital video, mobile measurement
Strong experience building solutions to match client business needs
Campaign Reach/Frequency reporting
Digital / addressable targeting
