Working in small teams, the expectation is to expand on the pool of existing research ideas and to generate your own. These can range from modest improvements to entirely new strategies. Building upon your experience, you will be the primary driver of the research direction.
Responsibility for a strategy includes modelling, testing, and monitoring its trading in production.
We expect teammates to collaborate with others, share findings and knowledge.
Must-Haves
3+ years of quant experience in MFT or HFT
Deep understanding of probability and statistics, data modelling skills, scientific thinking
Some coding skills, e.g., Python

Willing to relocate to Bratislava

The compensation package consists of four parts: cash, equity, bonuses, and ability to invest into the Wincent fund.
Skin-in-the game is a big upside if we succeed as a company. Five-year equity grants are part of the total compensation package.
Bonuses are awarded twice a year. They are discretionary and based on individual and company performance.
