Senior Research Analyst – Real Assets

Are you someone who thinks long term? Do you have a passion for the structural trends which are shaping our built environment? Do you have experience with Infrastructure and Real Assets more broadly? If so, we are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our Real Assets Research team with a focus on Infrastructure.

A bit about the job:

As a Senior Research Analyst within our Real Assets Research team, you will be conducting both thematic and fundamental research primarily within the infrastructure space. In addition, the role requires the development and maintenance of propriety financial models which underpin investment decisions and the creation of the market outlook. These market and asset class views are then clearly articulated, both internally and externally, through your strong presentation and communication skills with the goal being to facilitate better, more informed investment decisions.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience working within Infrastructure
Strong research and analytical capabilities alongside proficiency in financial modelling
Ability to identify trends and themes and identify how these will influence the market going forward
An excellent communicator. Ability to influence decisions and present complex concepts succinctly
A team player who effectively collaborates with both the Research team and wider Real Assets team
