The Structured Trader will be responsible for managing a portfolio of
structured trades across multiple asset classes, including equities (public
and private shares), and fixed income. The successful candidate will have
extensive experience in risk management, hedging, and margin financing.

15+ years’ experience in establishing and negotiating key terms, covenants, and guidelines, as part of the execution process for asset-backed financing (portfolio of Private Equity Shares, HF Shares, and SPV backed by financial assets and fund of funds for PE, HF, and Real Estate).

Responsible for managing the risk of fund financing business.

Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in valuation, margin methodology, portfolio risk management. Design and maintain stress tests and risk reporting.

Optimize financial resources for the trade ( B/S, Capital , RWA etc).

Proficiency with Bloomberg, QlikView, MS Excel modelling & macro development.

Ability to multitask and work under time pressure. Self-motivator with entrepreneurial disposition.

The ideal candidate will have worked within structured equity finance and D1 trading for a minimum of ten years, with solid understanding of various financing structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in daily trading activities, client pitch, and lead structure terms (Pricing, haircut, eligibility criteria).

Adhere to risk & control guidelines specifically as they relate to counterparty credit limits, best execution, and fiduciary obligations.

Develop and maintain relationships with client ( und of funds, hedge funds, PE firms, Real Estate Funds) , and stay abreast of macro environment.

Work with the sales, D1 Trading, Swap Traders and product colleagues to present trade idea and execute transactions.

Prepare market commentary for prospective and existing clients, as well as management reporting.

Interface with operations, technology, and account management teams to ensure proper controls, settlements and collateral management.
PROJECTS AND DELIVERABLES:

Support the execution of daily trading activity to maintain market share and increase market share in HTB and Rev/Con Space.

Exceed revenue, profitability, and return on capital targets through optimal execution and broadening trading strategies and client mix.

Help facilitate business process re-engineering, to add efficiency and streamline investment trading functions.

Build and sustain working relationships with colleagues across Equities and Fixed Income Divisions.
Qualification

Minimum of 15 years of experience in trading, with a focus on structured products and risk management.

Bachelor’s / University Degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and currencies.

Series 7, 63, 24 and 57 are required
_The expected base salary ranges from $250,000-325,000. Salary offers are
based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training,
experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses
obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition
to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are
eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._
