The IIG Strategy Group core purpose is to advance IIG’s strategic priorities, support senior leader decision making across the division, and help IIG win and sustain a competitive advantage into the future. You will need to develop a keen understanding of the IIG business, apply strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, and an ambitious mindset to develop and drive strategy, work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, and influence senior leaders on the future of the IIG business.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with the development of strategic, competitive, and product analyses. Work with internal clients to define the business problem, issues, and planned approach for research and analyses.
• Contribute to creating and sharing competitive intelligence findings and conclusions with senior management, including presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.
• Interpret and analyze highly complex data using business acumen to derive key insights. Verify the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data. Display, organize, and craft data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight for the client.
• Stay abreast of industry, market, and competitive trends. Support efforts to keep the senior management team informed of key industry, competitive, and product trends.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive meaningful insights from analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
