Technology Product Manager / Business Analyst Summer Intern
We offer Product Manager / Business Analyst internships in the following
area within Technology:
The Technology Product Management / Business Analyst team is responsible for
designing and managing innovative technology solutions for complex investment
workflows. In addition to ensuring delivery of new features in an efficient
and organized fashion, product managers / business analysts:
- Translate business needs into technical specifications that serve as the blueprint development teams use to build and enhance the tools used by Portfolio Managers throughout the investment lifecycle (idea generation, company research, trading, portfolio/risk management, etc.)
- Develop relationships with portfolio managers, traders, risk analysts, and business management to understand pain points and introduce new products / features to help with their workflow
- Coordinate and prioritize deliverables across various business and technical stakeholder groups
- Analyze and extract actionable insights from large datasets to guide strategic product initiatives and outreach
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Rising seniors or Master’s students entering their final year who are interested in a future career managing and developing innovative technology solutions for portfolio management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in financial markets and existing knowledge or strong desire to learn about how technology can shape investment processes and workflows
- Data analysis and programming experience is a plus (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above required

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000, which is
specific to New York and may change in the future.
