Position Summary

Establish local support desk for trading in EMEA and global securities via proprietary platform for international clients in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st level, comprehensive support to trading application users
Handle support requests via phone, email and direct messaging, with an emphasis on timely response.
Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations within WEX systems.
Act as primary in-office resource for platform support during European market hours and oversee a daily handoff to US-based support staff.
Work with vendors (Exchanges, ECNs, etc.) to resolve production issues
Occasionally work with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems
Maintain documentation of support processes, ongoing technical issues, and workarounds
Work on special projects as necessary

Qualifications

Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Must have excellent customer support and communication skills
Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology.
Prior experience (2+ years preferred) supporting trading in EMEA marketplaces and listed securities.
Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications, similar to Reuters, TT, PATS, Bloomberg, and GL Trade.
Need to be very comfortable working separate from the main office with minimal guidance.
