As part of the global Execution Trading and Operations team, the Trading Assistant will support all aspects of live trading support and any requests from portfolio managers or management. This includes critical aspects of monitoring system alerts, system conditions, instant messages, trading rejects, trading outages, trading issues, locate and stock loan issues, etc. As part of a quantitative systematic trading shop, this role requires speed, accuracy and skill in the face of complexity. The ideal candidate will have experience with FX, macro, and/or derivatives as well as strong organizational and follow-up skills, excellent communication, and the ability to interact efficiently with all constituents spanning across technologists, portfolio managers, counterparties, and internal teams. This role is best suited for an experienced, well-rounded individual who both thrives in the moment and excels at following through over extended periods of time. The salary range for this role is anticipated to be between $75K and $125K. This range does not include any potential bonus amounts, other forms of compensation, or benefits offered. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s skills, qualifications, education and experience.
